Josh Habiger entered the food industry at the early age of 15 years old. He's a highly decorated chef and a five time James Beard Foundation finalist for Best Chef: Southeast. His creativity, imagination, and tenacity to develop a well-rounded culinary skill-set has landed him in some of the best kitchens in the world, including Grant Achatz’s three-Michelin Star AlineaRestaurant in Chicago. He's also responsible for opening The Catbird Seat, Bastion, Merchants, The Patterson House, The Band Box, and The Country club, Henrietta Red, Locust, Kisser, and more.
