Hillary Sterling

Born and raised in Brooklyn, Chef Hillary Sterling began her cooking career in the kitchen of Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill. Since then, she's worked at a Michelin-starred restaurant A Voce. Her most recent endeavor, Ci Siamo, is an ambitious restaurant centered around live-fire cooking and the understated excellence of seasonal ingredients. Ci Siamo is her most personal project to date and celebrates the power of simplicity.
