Born and raised in Brooklyn, Chef Hillary Sterling began her cooking career in the kitchen of Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill. Since then, she's worked at a Michelin-starred restaurant A Voce. Her most recent endeavor, Ci Siamo, is an ambitious restaurant centered around live-fire cooking and the understated excellence of seasonal ingredients. Ci Siamo is her most personal project to date and celebrates the power of simplicity.

Leah Cohen is the chef and owner of popular Lower East Side restaurant Pig & Khao and Piggyback in Midtown Manhattan. Acclaimed by The New York Times, New York Magazine, and The Huffington Post, Pig & Khao has been praised for its Asian street food-inspired fare and casual,  inviting ambiance. Recipient of a 2013 StarChef Rising Stars Award, Leah's cooking philosophy is to stay true to authentic Southeast Asian flavors while incorporating classical Western techniques.
