With nearly 20 years experience, Chef Garrett brings global technique and local sensibility to every private meal, gaining invaluable experience working in some of the world's best restaurants actoss California, Washington, Sweden and Denmark. Now based in Calgary, he has helped open, lead and design the city's most acclaimed restaurants- including Major Tom, Bridgette Bar, Pigeonhole, and Model Milk, and more, before venturing out to begin his own project, Francine's. Garrett won Foodie of the Year in 2022, Canada's Best New Restaurant in 2022 and 2015, and North American Finalist in 2019.
